Everything in the universe, including people, places, and things, is made up of energy. Energy is the building block of everything, and it is constantly moving and vibrating at different frequencies. This means that everything has a unique energetic signature or vibration that affects the environment and the people in it.
Buildings, for example, hold energy depending on the people who occupy them, the activities that take place inside them, and the history of the building. This is why some buildings feel more welcoming and peaceful than others, and why some places have a heavy or oppressive feeling. A home where happy memories were made will have a different energy than a place where there has been conflict or sadness. This energy can affect the mood and well-being of those who enter the building.
If we’re constantly surrounded by negative energy or in an environment that’s not in alignment with our values and goals, it can affect our mood, success, and overall happiness.
Staying too long in a low-vibrational city or environment can be draining and make it harder for us to achieve our goals. This can lead to a sense of feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or uninspired. If we don’t make a change and leave that environment, it can be detrimental to our mental and emotional health.
Sometimes, we may feel hesitant to leave an environment we’ve outgrown because we’ve become comfortable or familiar with it. But, holding onto familiarity out of fear or a false sense of security can prevent us from reaching our full potential. We may miss out on new opportunities, experiences, and connections that could lead to greater happiness and success.
This is true for most Nation’s Capital around the world today. I even lived in a capital for many years myself. Are you living in a capital or a city with lots of buildings? If so, analyze your level of happiness. The energy of the city is created by the people who live there, the buildings, the natural environment, and the history of the place.
Low-vibrational energy can be caused by numerous factors such as pollution, noise, stress, and even the designs of the buildings. This can affect your mood and make you feel drained or unhappy. How does it make you feel when you walk around in the city you are living in?
Your surroundings determine your level of happiness. If you are surrounded by positive energy, you are more likely to feel happy and fulfilled but if you are surrounded by negative energy, you may feel drained, anxious, or unhappy. Therefore, it’s important to be mindful of the energy of the places you spend time in and the people you surround yourself with.
Are you noticing your level of happiness and energy slowly declining when you travel to certain places in the world, or when you are around specific people? It’s easy to stay in a familiar environment because of the illusion of safety and security, but it’s important to remember that growth often requires stepping out of our comfort zones.
It is important not to stay stuck in an environment that you have outgrown because of the illusion of safety and security. Embracing the unknown and stepping out of your comfort zone can be scary, but it is necessary for growth and happiness. When you surround yourself with people and environments that support your energy and vibration, you are more likely to succeed and be happy.
